Saturday was the International Student Gasque, and my first gasque in Uppsala so far. (If you don't know what a gasque is, look at the Uppsala Vocabulary link to the right!) It was an amazing evening, filled with delicious food, speeches, performances, wine, beer, schnapps, baileys (yes, all of it), tradition, and a lot of dancing at the after party. I was really happy to spend the night with such great friends. I also had the honor of sitting at the table with the hosts of the gasque and the president of the Student Union!
